Dessert to go...

A dessert of glutinous rice, with mango and cream of coconut milk to go...A great way to end the dinner at Buka Puasa or the Breaking of the Fast....

Pak Idrus,
I never had this dessert before until I went home for a visit five years ago. An old friend of mine in Bayan Lepas served me this delicous dish. So good.

cikni, actually it is Thai's, and then it spread to Kedah and eventually Malaysian accept it as their own...

anasalwa, we progress so are foods..try it,steam the glutinous rice the traditional way, as for the coconut cream add corn flour to thicken, spread some sesame seeds on the rice, voila you have it...

hii... this is a very famous desert in Thailand, they call "Khao Niao Mak Muang'
where Khao niao = glutonis rice
MAk Muang = mango :>
