Breakfast with the Grandkids...

It was a beautiful Sunday. We decided to take the grand kids for breakfast at the Coffee Beans outlet at Ampang Points. There were already many people there having their breakfast. We queue up to order and then sat to enjoy the breakfast while yarning with the kids. It was really nice be able to sit down with the grand kids who now have grown up and enjoy the day.  Above is a photo of us enjoying the breakfast with three of the grand kids; one, the eldest boy had other program and did not want to follow whereas the eldest is studying in Manchester the UK.

Of Coffee and living...

It the beginning of the month of December 2014 and I thought that I would just write about the drink I love. I love coffee and have been enjoying this drink since I could remember. The first cup of drink I take when I wake up in the morning is a steamy cup of coffee that I made myself. I always make my own cup of coffee so that I know it is perfect to my taste. I would sip it along and enjoy it aroma when it is still hot. To me even a cold cup of coffee taste as good, especially the last drop. I always end my meals with a good cup of coffee. When I am out I often take coffee at the Coffee outlet at the mall where they brewed their Coffee of the Day. Recently while at KLCC I found a new coffee outlet call the 8 Oz Coffee. I tried and found their coffee is good and to my liking. So now I would go there to enjoy my cup of good coffee. Above is an image of that cup of coffee.

My little abode...

For wanting to have a Kampong house I decided to do some change to the front of the house. I change the old window to the like as seen in the image above. I add other word-craft here and there so as to give it a traditional look. About is the front of my little house as seem from where I used to sit enjoy a cup of coffee and reading a good books.

Birthday....

Woke up to a beautiful day in August and it was my seventy fifth birthday. As usual I am happy welcoming the day; the image below shows part the family a few days later with the Birthday cake.

Interior Deco; the Curtains...

Both my spouse and I love to decorate our house; it a passion that we both share since we start a family some fifty years ago. We love beautiful things and wanted our home to be a place of fine living; thus over the years we collected furniture’s and other works of art to adorn the space of our house. To keep it need and beautiful we would change the concept of interior decoration from time to time and that includes changing the curtains. Furniture would be move around to enhance it look in a new position in the house. Curtains that we have used would be wash and keep to be use later when we do another change. Today I took out the old curtains at the lounge for washing. Asmah my spouse quip which one to replace. We have many set of curtains that we kept over times and all are still in good condition. We thoughts about it and think of a mix match concept. We open the containers where we kept the old curtains and found what we wanted. We start hanging it and viola it turn out to be a great choice as seen above; another beautiful setting that we like.
