I was in Bentong just after the Hari Raya and while at a relative's house there I saw a few chickens around the yard. It was a scene that we do not see in the urban area. An interesting sight indeed. As I was watching the surrounding I saw two cocks was about to fight. The scene is just like a scene at a Cock Fight which is still in practice in some countries. In Malaysia Cock Fight is illegal. I then took a few shots of the happening and sharing it here for all to see. A rare scene indeed.
Have a nice day.

Thanks for sharing this picture..
The two cocks were just fooling around or sharpening their skill..
Jamiel, thanks for the visit and the good words. I am glad that you enjoy that image.
Have a nice day.
Pak Zawi, thanks for the visit and sharing your thoughts on the subject of this posting.
Well, it may be fooling around or it decided to post for this photo. And with that I got to take its picture.
Have a nice day.
I love rural scenes like these, Pak Idrus! These kampung roosters are very similar to the jungle fowl, Gallus gallus. More so than the farmed varieties. I love to see animals running free and engaging in natural behaviour. Sometimes humans forget that fighting for alpha position is completely natural among male animals. Even horses in the wild will race each other. It's the gambling bit that is unnatural.
~Covert_Operations'78~, Ee Lynn thanks for the visit and sharing your thoughts on this posting. I am glad that you like that.
If only we had left all the species on their own to enjoy life our world would be a better place to live and enjoy life.
I love to visit the rural area and enjoy the freshness of the atmosphere and get to watch such scene in action. It does made me felt good. With the camera I could share my enjoyment, thus I posted such images.
Have a nice day.
