A nutritious simple dish...

I love this simple dish. It is a combination of poached eggs in coconut milk with cut long beans, to add to the nutrition. It is a dish that could be done in an instance. Taken with steamy white rice and Sambal Belacan [Chilly shrimp paste sauce] and Anchovy fried with chilly sauce it does made great lunch. One of my grand kids often asks grandma to prepare this dish, his favorite and he would really enjoy his meal of white rice with this dish. I did enjoy watching him finished his plate of rice. Folks it is just a simple dish and its does make the family happy at lunch or dinner time.

A simple dish is usually cheaper and takes a shorter time to prepare. But it can also be very tasty and nutritious. I love masak lemak telur into which soh oon & dried soya bean flakes are added.
