The wonder leaf..
This wonder leaf that we call Daun Lima Purut is one herb that the Malay cannot do without. For in the making of the Rendang without this leaf the Rendang would not be Rendang. Have a nice day.

Salam, Pak Idrus! Wonder why the photos you take make the most commonplace items look more interesting. It's like seeing things for the first time, from a fresh perspective.
I love daun limau purut. I cut them into strips and put them in a jam jar lid in the fridge or car as a natural air freshener.

To me everything around us are special and it has it function for the environment that we live in as well to enhanced our foods. So the things that we see and used everyday are indeed special and should be give due respect. In doing that you would be able to enjoy life to the fullest.
