Hi Pak Idrus,

Read the article in the Star today about you. I think I had come across your blog a long time ago but had forgotten about it. I remembered reading a posting about the blogger taking the newly commissioned electric train. In another post I read about your Chinese readers visiting you during Hari Raya in Ampang. Could those postings be from your blog?

You have certainly come a long way blogging and seems like your blog has become more popular by the day. Unlike many of us, our blogs are losing steam. Nowadays I spent more time in Facebook where there are more interactions.

Will be reading your postings from now on, and will read the archives as well. In fact I browsed through your first few postings.

Justin Choo, thanks for the visit and sharing your thoughts on the subject of this posting. I have been blogging since 2003 and have not stop. I enjoy blogging. It alert my thinking faculty. It one sure way of keeping healthy.

I am on FB too but I just use it to keep in touch with friends and do not dwelt much there. Anything you put on FB would not be read again and again but in Blog any posting you put would be read when folks search for information. Blog posting last forever whereas what you put in FB would be just a passing note and of no use after that. I do hope you would continue to blog and enjoy doing it.

Have a nice day and take care.

Hi Pak Idrus,

Nice of you to respond. Just curious, was it your blog that I was referring to?

I like your background music. Is this kind of music called "lagu asli"? My favourite is keroncong. In fact i wrote an article about keroncong.

By the way, may I know how you embed the music?
