Little flowers, big cups, pots and mittens ... these are some of my favorite things ... Julie Andrews. One of my favorite songs from one of my favorite movies ... The Sound of Music.

Zaharan Razak, thanks for the visit and sharing your thoughts on the subject of this posting. I was just lazy thus I posted this image of a unique flower.

Well you have plenty of space and should start planting flowers especially those wild flowers like, senduduk, wild berries and the like. Get some ducks, goose to run wild around your compound. It would be great if you add a few goats that now eats from the bins.

Have fun and take care.

Zaharan Razak, Thanks for the return visit.

I am not sure I understand you. But anyway I have always wanted to get a home away from the city where I could just have a typical kampong house with the animals and plants and everything else, even a kampong well to get my water supply, at least for the garden. A fish pond to whilst the day away. At the same time I want to live in the first world. So it look like I cannot have both. But would love to see a friend own such a place where I could from time to time get lost to and enjoy that kind of life.

Well, Zaharan I am hoping that your place could be the paradise for us as well. Take care.

I adore purple coloured flowers! This is beautiful and I'm sure it gives you pleasure to see it bloom. I too have a patch where I planted a bush of purple flower plants and am always on the lookout for other kinds.

Jewelle, thanks for the visit and sharing your thoughts on the subject of this posting; the purple flower.

I got this plant from a relative's place some years ago and eventually left it to grow wild at one corner of my garden. It continue to grow unattended and look very hardy. It would flowers from time to time. And I am always happy to see it blooms. The flower is actually 1/6 the size that what you saw in this photo. Happy that you enjoy it as well.

Have a nice day.

Your wish may well be granted but you know trees take some time to grow up and meanwhile my land is still bare as you saw in the photos of DdD ...

Zaharan Razak, thanks for the visit. You should start planting now and in no time trees or flowers would grow and in a few years you would get a matured garden. Have a nice day.
