Fish Curry, a Malaysian delight...

Above is a bowl of Fish Curry that my spouse cooks for the family; a favourite of mine that I enjoyed with a plate of steamy white rice.

Have a nice day.

Selamat hari raya korban, Pak Idrus!
That looks like kari ikan tenggiri. Am I right? I was wondering whether your wife used milk or coconut "santan" to make the curry. I love eating fish curry with toasted bread, and of course, with hot rice too.

xplorer, thanks for the visit and sharing your thoughts on the subject of this posting. I have tried other fish when living in the US, tak sedap langsong. To me Tenggiri is still the best.

Have a nice day.

Temuk, thanks for the visit and the Raya Haji greeting. The same to you.

Yes indeed Ikan Tenggiri, my favourite for a good fish curry. My spouse use Santan from the box and it does taste good. We seldom use Milk for curry.

Yes cicah roti memang sedap but with steamy white rice is the better.

Have a nice day.

Salam Pak Idrus dan keluarga.

Kalau saya, makan saja dengan roti. Lagi sedap rasa kuah yang merah itu. Kurangkan nasi pun elok juga. Kalau nak jaga 'body'.

Well my first choice is to enjoy it with a steamy white rice. Later on probably at breakfast time I would cicah Roti into that Curry.

Have a nice day.
