I had this Dalca for lunch today, it is a completely vegetarian Dalca... With steamy white rice and ikan gelama masin goreng salted fish fried crisp to go, it makes a wonderful lunch...Normally Dalca are made with beef, mutton or chicken..But for a healthier diet, we decided on the vegetarian Dalca...It taste as good, in fact better...Tempting Eh!...I am indeed lucky to have a great other half, who love to cook...Have a nice day... Pak Idrus,
You are indeed very blessed. Wonderful other half, doting grandchildren, accomplished daughter... how lucky indeed!
If I may say so, I like this new layout. Smaller though the font may be, it's nonetheless easier on the eyes.

  5. Many thanks Botak..That is life, you work hard for more then thirty years, asking for nothing other then being paid a fair wages...and enjoy life all the time and I guess the reward would come your way in so many ways..Glad that you like the new format, take care.

  6. Pak Idrus,
The vegetarian dalca looks delicous.I like the dalca better on the second day. And ikan gelama masin goreng reminds me of my first year here when I had ikan gelama masin goreng. It was winter and I didn't realized the smoke alarm in my apartment was sensitive. The alarm went off, and my neighbor called 911. Within four minutes I heard the thump...thump...thump on my door. I opened the door and stood three huge firemen outside my door.
