The White Hibiscus...

I love flowers and other greens. So in my little garden in front and at the back of our house we plant a little that we could.

Last year my brother in Kuantan gives us a small Hibiscus plant which he says of the white flower kind; a rather rare variety. So we took it home and plant it in a pot at the back of the house.

Last week we began to see the tiny buds appearing. It delighted us to see the young plants grown well and now start to flowers. Last week it starts to blooms, an elegant white and such a charm of a flower in the morning sun. As usual with Hibiscus it just lasted one day and then it wilted and drop.

I decided to take some images of that white Hibiscus and sharing it here for all to enjoy.

Have a nice day.

  1. That is indeed a very rare and beautiful hibiscus, Pak Idrus! Love the contrast between the almost-white petals and the bold orange stamen and stigma.

Yes it is the first time I too saw that white hibiscus. It is still flowering in the pot at the back of my house. The combination of color is unique indeed. It shows nature at it best for us to appreciate and enjoy.

    Have a nice day.
