Happy New Year 2009...
Happy New year to everyone from Asmah and Me in Ampang Jaya, Malaysia. The image above was taken at the Columbus Park, Boston in July 2008, while holidaying in the US. May we all continue to prosper and enjoy life.
We are still in the old year here as I write this. The pictures in your newspapers show that Malaysia welcomed 2009 with lots of good cheer: may the optimism and happiness last all through the year.

As for the Columbus Park in Boston, it is all new now after the completion of the Big Dig which took ten years to complete. I was living in Boston 1998/99 when the Big Dig start and when I visit Boston last year, the city has change for the better, more green above ground where the highways was. The Highways has all gone underground. The Business District near the South Station is such a picturesque sight now and made a great walking district as well.
